Our Organic Pecan, Date & Aubergine Nut Roast is a rich, comforting dish made with slow-roasted aubergine, crunchy pecans and naturally sweet dates. Carefully balanced and full of depth, this roast delivers a satisfying combination of savoury and subtle sweetness in every bite.

Prepared in small batches using certified organic ingredients, it’s a wholesome, flavour-led ready meal designed to be as nourishing as it is delicious.

BEST COOKED FROM FROZEN IN THE OVEN

This hearty nut roast brings together roasted vegetables, nuts and natural sweetness to create a dish that feels both indulgent and balanced. Frozen once cooked to preserve flavour and quality, it’s ideal for when you want a comforting meal without spending hours in the kitchen.

Preheat oven to Fan 180 ºC / Electric 200 ºC / Gas 6. Remove outer sleeve and film lid. Place on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Cook for 40 - 45 mins. Leave to stand for 2 minutes.

BEST COOKED FROM FROZEN IN THE OVEN
