ASOOM Returns & Refunds
Thanks for choosing ASOOM! We want every order to arrive just right. If, however, you are unhappy with any of the items in your order or a part of the delivery service from ASOOM, here's how we handle returns and refunds:
30-Day Guarantee
You’ve got 30 days from delivery to let us know if something’s gone wrong. While we can’t take back frozen or perishable items, we’re here to help if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your delivery isn’t up to scratch:
• Snap a photo of the issue
• Email us at hello@asoom.co.uk within 30 days
• We’ll review and arrange a replacement if eligible
What Can’t Be Returned
For safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on:
• Frozen meals
• Perishable food products
Refunds
We usually offer redelivery rather than refunds for food items. If a refund is approved:
• It’ll go back to your original payment method
• Banks may take a few days to process it
