Totally up to you, but we love some of our meals on a jacket potato, served with rice, couscous, or our nut roast goes amazingly well with all the Sunday lunch trimmings! Some of our meals already contain a carb (like our lasagne or chestnut bake), just pop a few of your favourite veggies with these.

The Nutri-Score is a five-colour nutrition label that provides simplified information about the overall nutritional value of food products. It assigns products a rating letter from A (best) to E (worst), with associated colours from green to red.

Some of our meals do not contain certain allergens, however, our kitchens are not certified as a free-from environment and therefore we cannot guarantee our dishes do not contain certain ingredients or allergens. Yes, pop them straight into a freezer and they’ll be as good as new when you are ready to tuck in.

Unfortunately, we need to ensure that the seal is as good as it can be to protect the product, which can mean that it is difficult to peel back, use a pair of scissors to snip around the edge of the film if you are having trouble.

Our minimum order is 6 one portion meals, or 3 two portion meals.

All our dishes can be cooked in the oven and about 50% of them can be cooked in the microwave, please check individual labels for full instructions.

Yes, our trays, sleeves, delivery boxes and liners are all recyclable as paper / cardboard, the film and cool packs (once drained), are accepted by a small proportion of local councils kerbside (you will need to check with your own council), but you will be able to recycle the outer bags along with carrier bags and films at all major supermarkets.

Yes, you can cancel, change or pause your subscription at any time, any changes must be done before midnight 2 days before it is processed & dispatched.

Invoices or financial information about your order will be sent to you via email, none of this information will be included inside the delivery box, there will be a packing slip with a list of the chosen meals.

Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

If a seal comes away during delivery or when you remove meals from the delivery box, as this issue is most likely occurring in the final stage of delivery, we want to reassure you that the meals remain safe to consume.

Delivery is free with orders over £60, standard delivery is £7 for orders under £60.

Yes, minimum spend is £35.

Our next-day delivery service is fulfilled by DPD.
You will receive a tracking link on your chosen day of delivery with a time window for the delivery. You don't have to be in to accept your order, and the package can be left in a safe place - please follow the steps provided by the courier to give instruction.

For next day deliveries, the cut-off is midday the day before.

We currently deliver to the UK mainland only. Delivery excludes Northern Ireland, The Highlands and all UK islands. In addition, we are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: AB, BT, HS, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH16-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.

You can pick your preferred delivery day (Wednesday or Friday)– and DPD will email you on the day of deliver with a one-hour time slot.

We currently deliver every Wednesday and Friday.

Our boxes are fully insulated, so they’ll keep your food frozen until you’re home on the day of delivery. We can leave your ASOOM box in a safe place or with a neighbour if you’re out.
