Our Organic Lentil, Olive & Feta Moussaka is a satisfying take on a classic Mediterranean bake. Layers of roasted vegetables, green lentils and olives come together with a creamy topping that delivers rich texture and balanced flavour in every serving.

Prepared in small batches with certified organic ingredients, this lentil moussaka is a comforting ready meal that feels both familiar and thoughtfully crafted.

BEST COOKED FROM FROZEN IN THE OVEN

This lentil moussaka brings together slow-roasted aubergine, courgette and earthy green lentils with briny olives and a creamy finish for a dish that’s hearty yet balanced. Frozen after preparation to lock in flavour and texture, it’s ideal for when you want a substantial meal with minimal effort.

Preheat oven to Fan 180 ºC / Electric 200 ºC / Gas 6. Remove outer sleeve and film lid. Place on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Cook for 40 - 45 mins. Leave to stand for 2 minutes.

BEST COOKED FROM FROZEN IN THE OVEN
