Our Cauliflower & Chickpea Masala is a warming, flavour-rich dish built around tender chickpeas and roasted cauliflower, gently simmered in a spiced tomato-based sauce. Inspired by traditional masala flavours, this meal delivers depth and comfort without overwhelming heat.

BEST COOKED FROM FROZEN

MICROWAVE

This chickpea masala brings together soft chickpeas, roasted vegetables and a carefully balanced blend of spices to create a dish that feels both comforting and nourishing. Frozen once prepared to preserve flavour and texture, it’s ideal for when you want a warming, nutritious meal that’s ready with minimal effort.

Remove outer sleeve and pierce film, heat at 800W, heat for 6 mins.

Leave to stand for 2 minutes, remove film lid and stir well before serving.

OVEN

Preheat oven to Fan 180 ºC / Electric 200 ºC / Gas 6.

Remove outer sleeve and pierce film. Place on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven.

Cook for 40 - 45 mins. Leave to stand for 2 minutes, remove
film lid and stir well before serving.

CAUTION: Steam may be released when removing
the film lid.

MICROWAVE
